At WellHealth Coach, I provide evidenced-based health coaching focused on behavior change — helping people move from knowing → doing → lasting growth.
Through a structured coaching process grounded in neuroscience, we work together to:
Turn insight into clear direction
Build habits that fit your real life
Create sustainable, meaningful change
My practice focuses on coaching partnerships through healthcare referrals, workplace wellness programs, and select one-on-one private clients for:
• Individuals seeking lifestyle change and improved overall health and well-being
• Healthcare providers interested in behavior change coaching to help improve patient health outcomes
• Organizations supporting employee well-being and workplace resilience
With a whole-person approach, we focus on the key areas that influence overall health and well-being — physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually — recognizing that true well-being involves far more than physical health alone.
Using the Wheel of Health & Well-Being, we explore the interconnected areas of life that influence how we feel, function, and live each day — guided by an individual's personal vision, values, and goals.

From a young age, I felt a strong calling to make a positive impact on people’s lives and was always interested in fields centered around helping and caring for others. Throughout my career, this is what drew me toward health coaching.
My journey into health coaching began as I sought to better understand the complexities of health through a scientific lens, based on the neuroscience of behavior change.
During my years working in the healthcare industry, I saw firsthand how daily stress and lifestyle habits shape long-term health — and how many chronic conditions can be prevented or improved through behavior and lifestyle change.
In 2017, I made a pivotal career shift, becoming an Integrative Health Coach through Duke Integrative Medicine.
I wanted to support people in a more personalized and preventive way — helping them address the root causes of illness and look beyond just symptoms to explore the lifestyle habits, stress patterns, and daily choices that influence their health and well-being.
As a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), I have continued to expand my coaching skills, knowledge, and practice while also personally embodying many of the principles I teach to my clients.
Through my coaching practice, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of individuals, and it’s been a privilege to guide and coach them through behavior and lifestyle changes while also supporting their personal and professional growth along the way.
My coaching style uses motivational interviewing and reflective listening — creating a space where individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward.
My coaching philosophy centers on the belief that every individual has the capacity for growth and the ability to reach their full potential — whatever that may look like for them.
I approach coaching with calmness, curiosity, compassion, and a commitment to supporting clients as they move toward healthier habits and improved well-being.
Through years of coaching, I’ve learned that real change doesn’t come from insight alone — it comes from helping individuals practice the habits and mindset that make change possible.
That’s what I’ve found to be the power of coaching: it doesn’t just help people change their minds — it helps them change their lives.
