At WellHealth Coach, I provide evidenced-based health coaching focused on behavior change — helping people move from knowing → doing → lasting growth.
Through a structured coaching process grounded in behavior change and neuroscience, we work together to:
Turn insight into clear direction
Build habits that fit your real life
Create sustainable, meaningful change
My practice focuses on coaching partnerships through healthcare referrals, workplace wellness programs, and select one-on-one private clients for:
• Individuals seeking meaningful lifestyle change and improved overall health
• Healthcare providers interested in behavior change to help improve patient health
• Organizations supporting employee well-being and workplace resilience
With a whole-person approach, we focus on the key areas that influence overall health and well-being — physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually — recognizing that true well-being involves far more than physical health alone.
Using the Wheel of Health & Well-Being, we explore the interconnected areas of life that influence how we feel, function, and live each day — guided by an individual's personal vision, values, and goals.

From a young age, I felt a strong calling to make a positive impact on people’s lives and was always interested in fields centered around helping and caring for others.
That calling deepened during my years working in the healthcare industry where I saw firsthand how daily stress and lifestyle habits shape long-term health — and how many chronic conditions can be prevented or improved through lifestyle and behavior change.
My journey into health coaching began as I sought to understand the complexities of health and wellness through a scientific lens, drawing on the principles of the neuroscience of behavior change.
In 2017, I made a pivotal career shift, becoming an Integrative Health Coach through Duke Integrative Medicine.
Helping people bridge the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it — supporting them as they build healthier habits and meaningful lifestyle changes — is what led me to become a health coach.
As a Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), I have undergone comprehensive training while also personally embodying many of the principles I teach to help clients effectively achieve their health goals.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of individuals — many navigating chronic stress, work-life balance challenges, health concerns, and the demands of everyday life.
Through my work in corporate wellness and alongside healthcare professionals, I’ve had the privilege of being part of people’s health transformations and seeing firsthand how healthier habits and consistent choices can positively impact overall well-being and quality of life.
My coaching style is grounded in neuroscience, motivational interviewing, and reflective listening — creating a space where individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward.
My coaching philosophy centers on the belief that every individual has the capacity for growth and the ability to reach their full potential — whatever that may look like for them.
I approach coaching with calmness, curiosity, compassion, and a commitment to supporting clients as they move toward healthier habits and improved well-being.
Through years of coaching, I’ve learned that real change doesn’t come from insight alone — it comes from helping individuals practice the habits and mindset that make change possible.
That’s what I’ve found to be the power of coaching: it doesn’t just help people change their minds — it helps them change their lives.
