About Me

Hi, I'm Lacy Woods. As a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) with advanced training from Duke Integrative Medicine, my passion is helping people live healthier and more balanced lives.


With over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry, I saw firsthand how lifestyle habits impact health — often leading to chronic conditions that could have been prevented.


That experience led me to make a pivotal career shift in 2017, when I became an Integrative Health Coach. I wanted to help people bridge the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it.


Since then, I’ve worked in the wellness space supporting both individuals and organizations. I’ve seen how daily habits and consistent choices can completely transform well-being.


Today, I not only coach individuals and teams, but also collaborate with healthcare providers to expand the reach of wellness support and help more people achieve lasting health outcomes.


Most of all, I love empowering people who are ready to take charge of their health and wellbeing— to have more balance in their everyday lives.
