Before becoming a coach, I spent more than a decade in healthcare and saw firsthand how lifestyle habits shape long-term health —often leading to chronic conditions that could have been prevented.
That experience inspired me to shift my career in 2017 toward prevention and behavior change — helping people bridge the gap between knowing what to do and actually doing it.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, organizations, and healthcare providers — supporting healthy habits, employee wellness, and better overall patient outcomes.
