With 20 years in high-pressure corporate roles, I know the exhaustion of feeling stretched too thin and overwhelmed. Hitting burnout was my wake-up call, leading me to prioritize my own health and well-being and pursue advanced training as a Health Coach at Duke Integrative Medicine.


Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of individuals restore their health and well-being and reach their full potential, and I’m here to do the same for you.
