With over a decade of experience in the healthcare field, I’ve seen firsthand how stress impacts nearly every aspect of health and well-being—leading to overwhelming exhaustion, burnout, and even chronic illness.


I’ve also experienced it personally. Stress can manifest physically, mentally, and emotionally, causing everything from headaches and neck pain to insomnia and digestive issues.
