Brandy is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and an Integrative Health Coach. As a balanced, whole-body wellness professional, she is skills-based and has the ability to actively engage, realistically inspire, and effectively communicate mental, physical, and social health concepts to clients. Brandy draws energy from opportunities that provide others with sustainable practices to pursue happiness and health in their own way and in their own time as every ‘body’ is different. It is her belief that everyone has a right to lifestyle medicine, education and community resources that take a preventative approach to health and healing.

Brandy lives in Denver and is a Colorado native, growing up on a cashmere goat farm south of  Denver and credits her work ethic to raising, breeding, and showing animals through 4-H at the local, state, and national level. Brandy enjoys being active while hiking, exploring, and snowboarding the Colorado mountain range.

As a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and a Duke trained Integrative Health Coach, Cindy collaborates with clients to gain forward momentum in the workplace and in life. Striving to maintain a healthy lifestyle as a busy professional and entrepreneur for over twenty-three years, Cindy understands the challenges of work-life balance and making family a priority. She chose to train at Duke Integrative Medicine because of the focus on the whole-person - mind, body, and spirit - to achieve true health and healing.  Forward momentum for realistic sustainable change through client-determined action are key elements of her coaching-client partnership.
